1. Eligibility

• Participants must meet the age requirements for each program, and a signed parental consent form is required for minors.

• By registering for any of our programs, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Registration and Payment

• Full payment is required upon registration to secure a spot in any program. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiting your registration.

• Program registration is non-transferable unless prior approval is obtained.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Missed Sessions: No refunds or make-up sessions are provided for missed sessions due to illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. Please refer to our full Cancellation Policy.

• Venue Closures and Government-Mandated Restrictions: Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to closures or disruptions caused by COVID-19 or other governmental restrictions. Make-up sessions may be offered but are not guaranteed.

• Weather Cancellations: Outdoor sessions may be canceled due to unsafe conditions. We will notify participants promptly and make efforts to reschedule if possible. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related cancellations.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to show respect toward coaches, staff, and fellow participants. Misconduct, including disruptive behavior or failure to adhere to program guidelines, may result in removal from the program without a refund.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

• All participants (or parents/guardians) must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with physical training and activities.

• Ottawa Football Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during sessions. Participants are encouraged to consult with their doctor before joining to ensure they are physically fit for training.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and logos on our website and within our programs are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Ottawa Football Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Program Modifications

• Ottawa Football Academy reserves the right to modify training schedules, venues, or staff as necessary. No refunds will be issued in the event of such changes.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Shipping and Fulfillment for Merchandise

• For any merchandise purchases, please refer to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times, costs, and conditions are provided in the policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Ottawa Football Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or from the use of our website and services.
