Service Description
Performance Program Includes: 24 gym sessions - Strength Training: Targeted exercises to build core and functional strength, with a focus on improving power, explosiveness, and injury prevention through weight training and resistance work. - Conditioning: High-intensity drills to increase endurance, speed, and agility, featuring sprint work, agility ladders, and conditioning circuits for peak game-day performance. - Mobility and Flexibility: Stretching and mobility exercises are incorporated to maintain flexibility and aid in injury prevention, promoting long-term athletic health. - Position-Specific Movements: Drills that simulate football scenarios and positional movements to build muscle memory and enhance game-readiness for both offensive and defensive roles. - Progress Tracking: Each athlete’s progress is tracked and evaluated throughout the program, ensuring continuous improvement with personalized feedback. With only 3 athletes per session, our small group format ensures personalized attention, allowing the coach to correct form, ensure proper movement, and tailor workouts to meet each athlete’s individual needs for maximum results. ***Athletes will be required to have a student membership at Stittsville Anytime Fitness, which will be set up prior to the first session at the discounted student rate.

Cancellation Policy
Default Policy for Youth Football and Speed Training Programs Missed Sessions: No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for missed training sessions, regardless of the reason (illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, etc.). Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions to gain the full benefit of the program. Covid-19 and Venue Closures: In the event of venue closures or program disruptions due to Covid-19 or other government-mandated restrictions, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Where possible, make-up sessions may be scheduled at a later date or moved to an alternative venue, but this is not guaranteed. Inclement Weather: In the event of outdoor sessions being canceled due to unsafe weather conditions (thunderstorms, extreme heat, etc.), participants will be notified as soon as possible. No refunds will be provided for these cancellations, but we will make efforts to reschedule. Injury and Medical Conditions: Should a participant be unable to continue training due to injury or medical conditions, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Participants are encouraged to consult with a doctor before joining to ensure fitness for the program. Behavior and Conduct: Participants are expected to exhibit respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants at all times. Any disruptive behavior, misconduct, or failure to follow program guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund. Program Modifications: The program reserves the right to modify training schedules, venues, or coaching staff as necessary. No refunds will be provided in the event of these changes. Transfer of Registration: Program registration is non-transferable. Participants may not substitute another individual in their place for any reason without prior approval. Payment and Registration: Full payment must be made before the start of the program to secure a spot. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiting the registration. Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with physical activity. The program is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training.
